Why I Created I Am Home Holistic Wellness
Helping people move from survival → living authentically.
I created this practice from a deep belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to reconnect with ourselves.
The mission of I Am Home Holistic Wellness is to help people reconnect with themselves by addressing the emotional, nervous system, and subconscious patterns that keep them stuck.
Through somatic healing, hypnotherapy, body-based practices, and nervous system regulation, clients are supported in releasing survival patterns, increasing emotional capacity, and creating lives that feel more grounded, authentic, connected, and alive.
This is an inclusive space that welcomes people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.

The Healing Process
1. Safety & Stabilization
We first focus on helping the nervous system feel safer and more regulated through grounding, slowing down, breath awareness, orienting to the environment, and reconnecting with the body.
Healing happens best when the system feels supported enough to process.
2. Trauma Processing & Somatic Healing
Once enough safety is present, we gently explore what the body and subconscious mind are holding.
This may involve:
emotions
body sensations
subconscious imagery
protective responses
unresolved stress patterns
Rather than reliving the past, we help the nervous system complete what was interrupted or unfinished.
3. Reconnection to the Now & Integration
A major part of healing is reconnecting with the present moment.
Over time, clients often experience:
more grounding and emotional regulation
increased capacity and resilience
less fear and avoidance
greater connection to self
more authenticity, ease, and aliveness
Healing is not only about processing pain.
It is also about learning how to fully live again.

1:1 Sessions
60-minute individualized sessions tailored to your needs and goals.
Integrative Healing Intensives
2–4 hour extended sessions for deeper nervous system regulation and immersive healing work.

Healing Happens Both Inside and Outside of Sessions
Sessions are only one part of the healing process.
The space between sessions is an opportunity to begin integrating the work into everyday life through increased awareness, nervous system regulation, somatic tools, mindfulness practices, and self-connection.
Clients may practice:
grounding and orienting exercises
noticing sensations and emotional patterns
nervous system regulation tools
mindfulness and embodiment practices
hypnotherapy recordings or guided exercises
relating to themselves with greater awareness and compassion
Over time, this work is not only about processing symptoms — it is about gradually transforming the way you relate to yourself, your body, emotions, relationships, and daily life.
This work is often a good fit for individuals who feel ready to create meaningful change, deepen self-understanding, and actively engage in their healing process.
